Hi, I'm Maryke Wylde.

I have more than 25 years experience in recruitment, executive search and managing HR projects. Having successfully placed hundreds of people and worked both in agency and in-house, hiring for my own teams, I understand the intangible parts of a recruitment process. Numerous executive search assignments at the most senior level across industry have been successfully completed – from the financial services sector to not-for-profit and mining. I have current deep knowledge of in-house Talent Acquisition processes and best practice.

I have also been a Managing Director and CEO and understand the unique set of requirements needed to be successful at the senior level in both small business and large global organisations. Leading and developing HR systems and processes and subsequently embedding, executing and managing these has been a large part of my career. I am a qualified Yoga Teacher and offer corporate yoga to enhance your well-being initiatives.
